7-Day Yoga Retreat in Peru

To secure your reservation, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.

You may also choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

Your reservation is considered confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received.

Prices are listed in USD. Any applicable card processing fees will be shown or communicated before payment is completed.

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:

* 45 days or more before the retreat: USD $50 cancellation fee.

* 20–44 days before the retreat: 30% of the total booking amount is non-refundable.

* 10–19 days before the retreat: 50% of the total booking amount is non-refundable.

* 0–9 days before the retreat: 100% of the total booking amount is non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of the retreat.

Due to the nature of travel in Peru, itineraries may be adjusted when necessary due to weather conditions, road closures, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

When changes are necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative while prioritizing the safety and overall experience of our guests.

We are not responsible for additional expenses, delays, cancellations, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, strikes, flight disruptions, or government actions.

Participation in this retreat may include physical activity, yoga, hiking, outdoor excursions, transportation, and travel in mountain and rural environments in Peru. These activities may involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, altitude-related effects, changing weather conditions, uneven terrain, and other hazards associated with outdoor and travel activities.

By participating, guests acknowledge these inherent risks and accept responsibility for participating according to their own abilities and physical condition. Guests are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions provided by guides, instructors, and retreat staff.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically able to participate in the retreat activities. Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, dietary restrictions, medications, or other health concerns that may affect your participation.

Guests are responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice before traveling when necessary and for carrying any personal medications they may require.

If medical assistance is required during the retreat, the guest remains responsible for their own medical care and related expenses.

By voluntarily participating in the retreat, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the activities included in the program. To the extent permitted by applicable law, guests agree to release G Peru Adventure, its representatives, guides, instructors, partners, and service providers from liability for injury, illness, loss, damage, or expenses arising from risks inherent to the activities or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

This release does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Participation in any optional ceremony, wellness practice, or additional activity offered during the retreat is entirely voluntary. Guests may choose not to participate without affecting the rest of their retreat experience.

Guests are responsible for informing the retreat team of any health condition, medication, allergy, sensitivity, or other circumstance that may affect their ability to safely participate.

Guests should follow all instructions provided by qualified facilitators and make participation decisions based on their own health, comfort, and personal circumstances.

Photography and video may be taken during the retreat for promotional and marketing purposes. Guests may choose whether or not they consent to the use of their image.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos used for promotional purposes, please inform the retreat team before or during the retreat. Your decision will not affect your participation in the program.

By completing a reservation and participating in the retreat, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the Reservation & Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy, Assumption of Risk, Health & Medical Responsibility, Release of Liability, and all other applicable terms presented with this booking.

The guest voluntarily assumes the inherent risks associated with the retreat and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, agrees not to bring claims against G Peru Adventure, its representatives, guides, instructors, partners, or service providers for injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or expenses resulting from inherent risks or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
