RESERVATION & PAYMENT
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation. The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled start date of the retreat. Reservations made within 30 days of the retreat start date require full payment at the time of booking.
The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the total cost of the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a guest cancels a reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:
* 45 days or more before the retreat start date: Payments made beyond the initial 30% non-refundable deposit may be refunded, less a USD $50 administrative cancellation fee.
* 30–44 days before the retreat start date: 50% of payments made beyond the initial 30% non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
* Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refunds will be issued.
* No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures: No refunds or credits will be issued for unused accommodations, activities, transportation, meals, or other services.
Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE
G PERU ADVENTURE reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, activities, or schedules when reasonably necessary due to weather, safety concerns, road closures, strikes, governmental actions, natural events, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
When possible, G PERU ADVENTURE will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives of comparable value.
Refunds are not guaranteed for changes, delays, cancellations, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of G PERU ADVENTURE.
